Booking Conditions

Payment for accommodation will be processed on check-in. We reserve the right to pre-authorise the credit card supplied at the time of reservation inside the non-refundable cancellation period.
 
Reception closes at 9.00 pm each evening. Should your scheduled arrival time be after 9.00 pm please notify us in advance so that we can ensure safe access to your room is pre-arranged.
 

AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

 
You can access your room via the following method:
 
When driving into the property you will see the glass reception doors on the left of your vehicle. Directly opposite on the brick wall is a safe with a phone handset beside it. Pickup the handset – our night service operator will answer and supply you with the code to the safe; simply type in the number and open the safe. Your key will be in an envelope with your name on it. Please relock the safe after key retrieval.
 
Owners are onsite and can be contacted via the night service to assist you if required; by phoning 03 5152 1988, picking up the handset beside the safe or calling 9 from your room.
 
Please call prior to 9pm on evening of arrival if you have any queries.
 
 

Property Cancellation Policy

Off Peak
1. Cancellation prior to 24 hours (4pm) before your arrival date no fee will be charged.
2. Cancellation within 24 hours (4pm) of arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to the first night's accommodation of the booking.
3. In the event of a failure to show on the booked date you will be charged a fee equivalent to the accommodation charges for the period of booking.
This policy is applied to cover the distinct possibility of our inability to relet the room at that late stage.
 
Holiday/Peak Periods and Special Events – please contact the property for actual dates.
4. Cancellation prior to 7 days (4pm) before your arrival date no fee will be charged.
5. Cancellation within 7 days (4pm) before your arrival date we will endeavour to relet the room, which is usually possible. If we do not relet the room then you will be charged a fee equivalent to one night's accommodation of the booking.
6. Cancellation within 24 hours (4pm) of arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to the first night's accommodation of the booking.
7. In the event of a failure to show on the booked date you will be charged a fee equivalent to the accommodation charges for the period of booking.
